Our history

1996

Diennea was founded with the aim of supporting companies through the digitalisation process.

2000

Email became part of communication plans as a marketing channel, and Diennea rose to the market challenge by adding it to its services, specialising in the use of proprietary technologies.

2008

The market began to talk about multichannel marketing and, with the advent of the main social media platforms, Diennea set up a team specialising in performance marketing.

2014

Diennea launches what will become one of the top services for the retail sector: Single Customer View. Thanks to magnews, an email marketing and marketing automation platform, engagement and loyalty projects are launched for large retail and e-commerce companies.

2018

Companies increasingly need consulting support to set up digital strategy projects that include choosing the best technologies on the market. Diennea also begins to offer its services to B2B companies and establishes a vertical team for the non-profit sector.

2020

The consulting expertise acquired over the years has resulted in a new and colourful brand: t.bd think by diennea, the digital agency that believes in the power of digital relationships.

2023

t.bd think by diennea adds CRM consulting to its services and becomes a HubSpot Partner. Thanks to its partnership with Sinch Engage, the company completes its range of services by introducing conversational marketing on platforms such as WhatsApp and Chatbot.
